1. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

The products you wish to return
A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby notify you that I wish to withdraw from my purchase.”

You must send your withdrawal request within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period.

2. Return of Products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, products should be returned without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

Products should be returned in a condition that complies with applicable consumer law.

You may handle and inspect the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning products where permitted by applicable law.

We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address after receiving your return request.

Please do not send products back to the address listed above unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

3. Refunds

Where you exercise a valid statutory right of withdrawal, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Where applicable, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.

Where required by applicable law, the refund will include the standard delivery cost originally paid by the customer. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us at xinmaotton@outlook.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For consumers in the European Union, statutory legal guarantee rights relating to the conformity of goods remain unaffected by this policy.

5. Personalized or Custom Products

Where a product has been specifically personalized or clearly made according to a customer's individual specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where an applicable legal exception exists.

This exception does not automatically apply merely because a product is produced using a print-on-demand fulfillment model.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where permitted by applicable law, products may not be eligible for discretionary returns where they have been damaged, altered, washed, worn beyond reasonable inspection, or otherwise handled in a way that causes a reduction in value.
